Honey Tasting Experience

Join us for a truly unique experience.  Understanding how honey is made and harvested. What makes a good honey. Explore the flavours of multi and uni-floral honeys from the UK and across the world, and what foods are best to accompany them.  Not forgetting the do’s and don’ts of  honey.

We’ll be sampling a variety of honeys, pairing them with a selection of cheeses and charcuterie  and there’ll also be some multi award winning mead.  Not any old awards …   trophies from the National Honey Show!
