with a Honey Sensory Analyst trained by experts in Bologna, Italy
An adventure into the tastes, textures and aromas of honeys from around the world. Let me help you explore how and why honey flavours differ, how honey is made and harvested, what makes a good honey and the do’s and don’ts of the honey world. Enjoy a variety of cheeses paired with unique and unusual honeys, and then explore your own combinations. And because we are in a vineyard, there is wine too!
This experience will take place at New Lodge Vineyard, Earls Barton, Northampton.
Bookings :
27th September 2026 – fully booked

New dates coming soon.
I’ll be at The National Honey Show at Sandown Park, 22-24th October 2026, with The Honey Guild of the UK, presenting a wonderful selection of UK Monofloral honeys which you can taste side by side. Also, a full range of balms and mead. No honey, because, (not) funnily enough, the Show doesn’t allow the sale of honey.
Private Events and Corporate Enquiries welcome. Clients include Deloitte, White Cube, Delapre Abbey, Howes Percival Solicitors
