Let me help you explore how and why honey flavours differ, how honey is made and harvested, what makes a good honey and the do’s and don’ts of the honey world. Enjoy a variety of cheeses paired with unique and unusual honeys, and then explore your own combinations. And because we are in a vineyard, there is wine too!
This experience will take place at New Lodge Vineyard, Earls Barton, Northampton, in small groups, on dates to be agreed between April and September.
