Your Right to Cancel (Online Orders)
If you purchase goods from our website, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason.
To exercise this right:
- You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order that you wish to
- You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to
Once we receive the returned items (or proof of return), we will issue a refund within 14 days.
Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a refund under the cancellation right:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition
- Packaging should be intact where possible
- Products must be returned safely packaged
You are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items unless the goods are faulty.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
Certain products cannot be returned if opened or used, for hygiene or safety reasons. These include:
- Food products such as honey, vinegar, and other edible goods
- Skincare or cosmetic products where the seal has been broken
- Personalised or bespoke products
These items can only be refunded if they are faulty or damaged.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the problem
- Photographs if possible
We will arrange a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution.
Your rights regarding faulty goods are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and nothing in this policy affects those rights.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued:
- To the original payment method
- Within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return Original delivery charges will also be refunded where required by law.
If only part of an order is returned, the original delivery cost may not be refunded.
