Made by the Beekeeper produces and sells small-batch products made from the hive, including honey, mead, vinegar and skincare products.

2. Products
We make every effort to ensure that:
- product descriptions are accurate
- photographs represent the products as closely as possible
However, because our products are natural and small-batch, colour, flavour, crystallisation and appearance may vary slightly between batches.
This variation is part of the character of artisanal products.
3. Pricing
All prices are shown in GBP (£). Where applicable, prices include VAT.
Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but the price charged will be the price shown at the time you place your order.
4. Placing an Order
When you place an order through our website:
- You will receive an order confirmation email.
- This confirms we have received your order but does not yet form a contract.
- The contract is formed when we dispatch the goods.
If we cannot fulfil your order (for example due to stock availability), we will notify you and issue a full refund.

8. Product Storage
To ensure the best quality:
- honey should be stored in a cool dry place
- skincare products should be stored away from direct sunlight
- alcoholic beverages should be stored appropriately
We cannot accept responsibility for product deterioration caused by improper storage after delivery.
9. Liability
We will not be liable for:
- indirect or consequential losses
- losses caused by misuse of products
Our total liability will not exceed the value of the goods purchased. Nothing in these terms limits liability for:
- death or personal injury caused by negligence
- fraud
- statutory consumer rights

- branding

remains the intellectual property of Made by the Beekeeper and may not be reproduced without permission.

We aim to dispatch orders promptly and ensure they arrive safely.
Order Processing
Orders are normally processed within 2–4 working days.
During busy periods (such as Christmas or seasonal harvest periods), processing times may be slightly longer.
